Each year the smaller authority prepares an Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR). The AGAR has been published with this notice. It will not be reviewed by the appointed auditor, since the smaller authority has certified itself as exempt from the appointed auditor’s review.
Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the AGAR, the accounting records for the financial year to which it relates and all books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers, receipts and other documents relating to those records must be made available for inspection by any person interested.

1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hants, GU51 4AE, between 10am and 4pm on any working day from the date of publication of this notice (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4pm on Thursday 9 April 2026.
2. Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4AE, during the times stated above.
3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 7 May 2026.
4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Monday 20 April 2026. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4AE by 5pm on Tuesday 21 April 2026. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote.
6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Tuesday 28 April 2026. 7. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4AE by 5pm on Tuesday 28 April 2026. Some applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote.
8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire GU51 4AE by 5pm on Thursday 7 May 2026.
